Focus for 2026

Life balance

What you can expect

At our National Congress, we focus on building sustainable leadership with space for both recovery and connection. The weekend is centered around the theme Life Balance, where you can choose your own path through inspiring talks, workshops, and experiences across Sundsvall.

The congress begins slowly on Friday afternoon with a welcome session and networking activities. In the evening, you will explore Sundsvall through a social food tour, experiencing the city’s vibrant restaurant scene while connecting with fellow JCI members.

Saturday offers a full day of workshops, keynote sessions, leadership development, and the annual debating activities, alongside the General Assembly. The evening concludes with the highlight of the weekend — the Gala in the glamorous Spegelsalen at Sundsvalls stadshus.

The weekend balances learning and connection with space for reflection and wellbeing. Participants can start the day with yoga or breathing sessions, and between conference activities there will be opportunities to activate your body, enjoy nature and the unique atmosphere of Sundsvall.

The congress concludes on Sunday with a shared breakfast and a reflective closing session — the perfect moment to land, reconnect, and take new inspiration home.
